She loves helping children grow up with the knowledge they need for happy, healthy smiles and positive dental experiences that will last a lifetime.
A native Floridian and avid Gator Fan, she graduated from The University of Florida for both college and dental school. After graduating in 2004, she moved to New York City to complete a residency at New York University and Bellevue Hospital for advanced training in pediatrics and children with special health care needs. After practicing in New York City for a few years, she moved back to Florida to be closer to her family. She and her husband, James, are blessed to have two daughters and a home and community they love in Delray Beach.
Monica found her way into the dentistry field through her passion for helping others. She has been in the dental industry for 20 years now experiencing dental assisting and managing an office. As the office manager she enjoys walking her patients through their visit from the initial phone call up until they walk out the front door after a great dental experience. Monica looks forward to coming into work each day knowing she’ll be working with a tremendous team and she’ll be able to help Dr. Marcie’s patients attain the healthy and beautiful smile they deserve.
Monica moved from Chicago in 2013. She is married and has two beautiful children. Outside of the practice, she loves to spend quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys watching movies, listening to music and enjoying motherhood.
Emily has been part of our team since 2017. She is our insurance coordinator and front desk receptionist. He goal is to make your child’s dental visit better than anticipated by providing excellent customer service from your first phone call. She is a part-time student at Palm Beach State College where she wishes to pursue a degree in Nursing. Emily enjoys country music, chocolate treats, and outdoor adventures.
Monica is a certified dental assistant who joined our team in August of 2017. She was born and raised in Delray Beach and loves being part of the community. She comes from a large family and is a natural with children. She is married and has a beautiful baby boy. Monica enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and relaxing on the beach.
Elena joined our team in 2016. She recently moved to Palm Beach County from Miami and brings 18 years of pediatric dental experience to Young Dentistry. She is a Certified Dental Assistant, loves working with children, and is passionate about helping children overcome dental fears.
She is a mother of three and enjoys yoga and spending time with her family.

We do our best to receive all of your insurance information before the day of the appointment. We will happily file your claim for you. Please be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect the estimated amount that insurance is not expected to pay.
Payment for professional service is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards.
We are happy to provide patients with a note for school. Keep in mind that school absences can be kept at a minimum when regular dental care is continued.
A parent or legal guardian must be present with all patients under 18 years of age. If a parent/legal guardian is not available to accompany their child, prior authorization is required.
Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient, who needs care, could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that occasionally, unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
