Payment and Insurances

Young Dentistry is a participating provider for most PPO dental insurances.

We encourage you to maximize your dental benefits, regardless of which insurance company you use. We realize that every family has a different financial situation. Our office has many payment options to help families, including:

Care Credit – interest-free loans with no down payment, no annual fee, and no prepayment penalty. We can help you complete your application in our office.

Smile Club – Don’t have dental insurance? Join our Smile Club!

We do our best to receive all of your insurance information before the day of the appointment. We will happily file your claim for you. Please be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect the estimated amount that insurance is not expected to pay.

Payment for professional service is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards.

Scheduling Appointments

In our experience, small children and patients who require larger restorative procedures usually do better with morning appointment times. Afternoon appointments are generally reserved for check-ups and older children.

We are happy to provide patients with a note for school. Keep in mind that school absences can be kept at a minimum when regular dental care is continued.

A parent or legal guardian must be present with all patients under 18 years of age. If a parent/legal guardian is not available to accompany their child, prior authorization is required.

Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient, who needs care, could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that occasionally, unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
